Le patch non influiscono sulle carriere già iniziate,
E vanno bene con la lingua italiana.

ma con questa patch non si crea la cartella c:\sportinteractive.....\data\updates....?
ma cosa centra la lingua italiana??

si la cartella updates si crea e c'è, ma per esempio, il menù iniziale rimane in inglese e se carico o inizio una partita rimane cmq così...
