Flex 1.0 Released

Decided to release the skin I've been working on. There's still stuff I want to change/add but this will do for now. It's based off 07 Flexion, I've just improved it. Anyway enough talk.

Install
Simple. Copy the Flex folder in to your skins folder, then go to preferences and load it up.
